@Terrybob123 Yep your body will just naturally eventually come to not like the foods you stop eating. I stopped drinking soda (I'll drink diet sometimes) and a couple months later I was going to treat myself to my favorite grape soda and almost threw it up. So my body has come to not be used to it and rejects it now.

@xCubanChik93 walking is the best way, but you should try doin a few stups or crunches or weight lifting, and don't forget, you seriously, shouldn't eat a lot of greasy food, it'll make you feel better if you dont, and your body will get used to healthy food, and like it more than unhealthy stuff, and you feel like a million bucks, also, try not drinking any soda, you can lose like 10-20 pounds just form not drinking soda.

@BakaTenshi1975 walking is very good and any activity is better than none.. but always remember your walking to exercise. that means keep the heart rate up and focus on what your there for. dont treat it as a little stroll down the road because thats not what walking to lose weight is about. you would have to triple the distance just "strolling" compared to walking for cardio

Good diet plan In the morning dont skip brekfast eat fruit maybe two apples or one depending on how much you can eat and drink plenty of water from 7:00 am to 10:00 am is your breakfast time if you skip that time it will mess up the diet and DOOOONT EAT ANY BREAD lunch is 12 to 2 Pm eat what you like a normal lunch like a salad or a normal sandwhich for dinner eat a yogurt(not frozen yogurt) a healthy yogurt and a fruit keep away from ALL JUNK FOOD i promise that diet plan will work

It's so true. Whenever I eat a whole bunch of junk food, I always feel like crap afterward and not only mentally crappy, but physically crappy too. Like, I'll feel fat and I'll always mentally abuse myself. It's why I'm going to limit myself on how much junk food I take in.

wow! i did NOT expect you to be 143 at all! i thought you were approximately 110lbs or less. im 5'5 -- i would LOVE to go down to my weight when i used to do taekwondo (140 -- but with muscles!). i actually only eat 1 meal a day, i drink meal replacement shakes for the other 2 meals. my metabolism has kinda slowed down though since i lost more weight, thinking of how i can jumpstart it again. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!

I'm in. The only comment I have is that you should just do toast instead of a bagel unless you get the weight watchers ones b/c a plain bagel is almost as bad as eating 4-6 pieces of regular bread.

we are the same height!- you dont look over 120!!!.. are you sure somebody did not mess with the scale? everyone has that # where they feel their best!- you just have more energy--i hate breakfast!- and i hate milk ! n(i do the coffee thing too) low carb bread does help- you do need a % of protein or you will end up with flabby arms(i know) tuna with water-salmon-Greek yogurt has protein-NO hate here i just want you to maintain muscle mass- to look as fabulous as you do now! love shelly
